We created a consumer-led experience design strategy to guide adidas in both current-state e-commerce execution and future-state digital innovation investigation.

I led a team of designers and business strategists through a strategic planning process. This included stakeholder management, process planning and deliverable execution.




Process Overview
We researched consumer intents, desired business positioning and current capabilities. We defined a value-exchange between the consumer and adidas, and created a consumer experience model to help guide capability gap planning and assess the strategic fit of planned initiatives.
