Solution Overview
We created a support application suite for patients undergoing cancer treatment. The suite provided both patients and their caregivers solutions to manage their lives outside of treatment.
My Role
I led a team of UX and Visual designers through a discovery process into conceptual solution design. I was responsible for the overall plan and execution of the work.




Process Overview
We started by researching the needs and paint-points of all of the people involved in a patient's cancer treatment - patients, care-givers, medical team, and support staff (ex. finance, insurance, etc.). We then evaluated the landscape of currently available solution offerings looking for gaps and underserved needs. We created a set of experience themes to guide our work. We then mapped out a set of interconnected apps to address our themes.
